Whitley Bay Football Club are organising a Football Talk-in at Hillheads on Tuesday 6th March in aid of “Show Racism the Red Card”. The Talk-in will be hosted by Lee Ryder and will feature former Newcastle United stars Steve Howey and Olivier Bernard together with former Sunderland captain Gary Bennett.
In December last year, Oliver Bernard and Gary Bennett travelled to Colombia to visit communities and to support the “Show dispossession the Red Card” football tournament. There will also be a prize draw which will include Whitley Bay and Newcastle United match tickets and signed shirts.
Tickets are priced at £10, which includes a pie and peas supper. They are available from the Supporters Club Shop at any home game and also from the bar at The Seahorse any night after 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 12.00 noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
