Alex Kempster has been on trial at League Two side Port Vale this week and played for their Reserves in a Central League fixture at Bradford City yesterday. Port Vale won the game 2-0, with Alex setting up the first goal and scoring the second.
Alex has been a great servant to Whitley Bay, recently making his 200th appearance for the club. He is naturally ambitious to play at the highest level possible and we wish him the best of luck with his trial.
