Whitley Bay FC are pleased to announce that Tom Flynn, Aiden Haley, Tom Potter, Thibault Charmey and Callum Patton have all agreed one year contracts with the club with an additional one year option. In addition, Callum Anderson still has a year to run on his current contract.
Manager Marc Nash commented “The club is delighted to have secured the futures of these players. It gives us stability and an insurance to help us continue the progress we have made. It’s a longer term project and the commitment from these player is a sign that we are heading in the right direction. Some have turned down bigger money elsewhere which speaks volumes for their attitude towards the club and their loyalty.
With the majority of the squad already agreed to re-sign, we are adding a few players to boost the squad. That is working progress so hopefully news to follow in the next few weeks regarding new signings.”
