Whitley are at home again this afternoon when Washington are the visitors to Hillheads. It is a game that Whitley will be determined to win to help put some recent poor results behind them and although Washington are struggling fourth from bottom of the table, nothing can be taken for granted as Chester-le-Street proved on Tuesday evening.
When the sides met at Hillheads last April, a hat trick from Andy Robertson and a penalty from Adam Shanks gave Whitley a convincing 4-0 victory. A similar result this weekend would do much to restore confidence.
